Online-Only Format

This workshop is entirely online. All lectures are provided via recorded online presentations, with an optional live question-and-answer session with Dr. Renner each day. There are no in-person sessions and no on-site faculty at any hotel.

Recorded lectures will be available for 30 days after the course dates. Access to online materials may be subject to reasonable technical limitations (e.g., platform maintenance, internet outages).

Technology and Access

Participants are responsible for having adequate internet access, hardware, software, and security settings to view the online lectures and participate in Q&A sessions.

DW Renner, LLC will make reasonable efforts to provide stable access to course materials, but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service and is not responsible for:

• Participant’s internet or device failures

• Institutional or firewall restrictions

• Third-party platform outages, limitations, or technical issues

Technical problems on the participant’s side do not constitute grounds for a refund, except as may be expressly stated in the written refund policy.

Intellectual Property and Recordings

All course materials including but not limited to lectures, slides, cases, images, videos, and workbooks (such as the 146-page Chest High-Resolution CT Workbook and 164-page Musculoskeletal MR Workbook) are the intellectual property of DW Renner, LLC, William Renner, M.D., or their respective copyright holders.

Participants are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable license to access these materials for their own professional education only.

Participants may not:

• Record, copy, reproduce, distribute, share login credentials, post online, or otherwise disseminate course materials in any form.

• Use course materials for commercial purposes, resale, or unauthorized teaching

                without the prior written consent of DW Renner, LLC.

Live Q&A sessions may be recorded for quality assurance and educational purposes. By participating (including speaking, using chat, or asking questions), you consent to being recorded and to the use of anonymized or de-identified content for future educational activities.

Fees, Refunds, and Administrative Charges

The tuition is refundable from registrations at this website only up to the date of the course.

All tuition is non-refundable after course access has been granted and the course has begun.

Changes to Program, Faculty, or Format

DW Renner, LLC reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to:

• Modify the schedule, content, or sequence of lectures

• Substitute or change faculty

• Adjust the online platform or delivery method

• Postpone, reschedule, or cancel the course

In the unlikely event of course cancellation, the sole and exclusive remedy available to participants shall be a refund of the tuition paid to DW Renner, LLC. DW Renner, LLC shall not be liable for any additional costs, including but not limited to travel, lodging, or other consequential expenses.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DW Renner, LLC and William Renner, M.D. disclaim all warranties, express or implied, related to this course and its content.

In no event shall DW Renner, LLC, William Renner, M.D., or their employees, contractors, or agents be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data arising out of or related to participation in this course.

The total aggregate liability of DW Renner, LLC and William Renner, M.D. for any claim arising out of or related to the course shall not exceed the amount of tuition actually paid by the participant for this specific activity.
